Instructions for use of Small air vacuum pump

 

1. The working environment of the pump:
Ambient temperature: 0~40C, the pump should not be exposed to the sun outdoors, and should work in a clean and non-corrosive environment

2. Filter
One end of the air inlet of all products must be connected with a filter to prevent dust, particles, foreign matter, etc. from entering the pump. The filter needs to be replaced in time if it is dirty. Connect either end of the filter to the suction port of the pump with a hose. The medium gas temperature range that the filter can withstand: 0C~80C. After the filter has been used for a period of time, the resistance increases due to the attachment of impurities, and the system flow rate and vacuum degree will drop significantly. At this time, the filter should be replaced immediately, otherwise the normal operation of the pump will be affected. Filter life depends on how clean the gas is. (The filter begins to affect the flow and vacuum of the pump after a large amount of dust is attached.)

3. Muffler
Both the elbow and the straight connector on the muffler can be used as the connection end to connect the pump inlet and exhaust ports, which can be determined by the customer according to the noise reduction effect. It is recommended to connect a muffler to the suction port and the exhaust port of the pump. The noise reduction effect is the best. a silencer
